If there has been an issue in the shipment of your product due to it being lost in transport and your tracking states that it’s been delivered please contact us as support@mollycoddle.com and we will do our best to locate it and reach a solution.
Shipping
Orders will typically take 5-8 business days to arrive for domestic US orders. Tracking will be provided upon order completion.
Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that any additional taxes and import fees will be your responsibility to cover.
Orders are processed in the order they are received, usually within 1-3 business days.
Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your package has been shipped, please check your email for tracking and shipping information.
Privacy is an important factor of our business. All packages will be sent in a plain poly mailer or box. Custom forms for international orders will be nondescript with ‘clothing, apparel’ etc. MCco will be what shows up on your billing statement.
